Refund policy
1. Trainer-Managed Refunds
- Trainers are fully responsible for managing and processing refunds for their courses.
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to the trainer within the terms specified by the trainer’s refund policy.
- Refunds may not be available for courses that have already started or where substantial content has been accessed.
2. Mediation by Platform Administrator
If a student feels they have been treated unfairly or the trainer has not adhered to their refund policy, they may contact the platform administrator at support@australiainternational.college for mediation.
- The administrator will review the case and mediate between the trainer and the student to resolve the issue.
- Final decisions on refunds will consider the trainer’s policy, the student’s claim, and the platform’s terms and conditions.
3. Refund Conditions
- No refunds may be offered if the course has started or substantial progress has been made.
- In cases where refunds are approved after the course has started, a percentage of the refund may be deducted as an 'administrative fee'.
- Administrative fees are non-refundable and are deducted from the trainer’s portion of the payment.
4. Changes to Refund Policy
Australia International College reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Students and trainers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
