1. Acceptance of Terms  

By using our site, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.  

2. Use of the Platform  

- Our platform is designed to connect trainers and learners globally for the purpose of offering online courses, both skilled-based and accredited.  

- Trainers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the content they upload, including curriculum, videos, and assessments.  

- Learners are responsible for ensuring they meet any course prerequisites prior to enrollment.  

3. Fees and Payments

- A percentage of each student's payment will be retained as a service fee by Australia International College. The remaining amount will be made available to the trainer via wallet funding, which can be requested for withdrawal.  

- All payments must be made through the provided payment gateways. Additional fees may apply depending on the payment method.  

4. Certificates and Verification  

- Upon successful completion of a course, learners will receive a certificate featuring a unique QR code for verification. Trainers are responsible for grading and approving certificates.  

- Australia International College does not guarantee the recognition of certificates by third parties or external organizations.  

5. Prohibited Conduct 

Users are prohibited from:  

- Uploading or sharing illegal, offensive, or misleading content.  

- Using the platform for purposes other than teaching or learning.  

- Violating intellectual property rights or sharing copyrighted materials without proper authorization.  

6. Intellectual Property 

All content provided on the platform, including but not limited to text, videos, images, and certificates, remains the intellectual property of its respective creators. By uploading content, trainers grant Australia International College a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it as necessary for platform operations.  

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Australia International College acts solely as a platform provider and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any course or trainer. We are not responsible for any disputes or issues that arise between trainers and learners.  

8. Account Responsibility  

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.  

9. Termination 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform at our discretion if we determine a user has violated these terms or engaged in prohibited conduct.  

10. Amendments 

Australia International College may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.  

11. Governing Law 

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
